I’m Charlie-James Hull, the founder of Matchfit Football. I bring a genuine passion for player development and modern coaching into every session. With a UEFA C Licence in football coaching & Sports Coaching Degree, I combine professional standards with a player-first approach—helping individuals of all ages improve their technical ability, confidence, and understanding of the game.

I’m fully qualified in Safeguarding and Emergency First Aid, ensuring every session is delivered in a safe and supportive environment. I also hold a  Talent ID Level 1, allowing me to develop players across all positions while being able to provide a great profession pathway.
