At Match-Fit Football, we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, and coaching packages.

By booking any Match-Fit Football service, you agree to the following policy.

1. Coaching Sessions & Bookings

This policy applies to all Match-Fit Football services, including:

• 1-2-1 football coaching

• Group coaching sessions

• Team coaching

• Goalkeeper training

• Fitness sessions

• Holiday camps

• Workshops and football development programmes

• Coaching packages and block bookings
   

2. Participant Cancellation

2.1 24 Hours Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice before the session start time.

2.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may:

• Be non-refundable

• Count as a used session if part of a package

• Be rescheduled only at Match-Fit Football’s discretion
   

3. Non-Attendance / No Shows

If a participant fails to attend a booked session without prior notice:

• No refund will be issued

• The session may be treated as used

• Package sessions may be forfeited for that booking
   

4. Match-Fit Football Cancellation

In the event Match-Fit Football needs to cancel a session due to:

• Coach illness

• Severe weather

• Unsafe pitch conditions

• Venue issues

• Emergency or unforeseen circumstances

We will offer one of the following:

• A rescheduled session

• Credit toward a future booking

• A refund where rescheduling is not possible
   

5. Weather-Related Sessions

Football coaching may be affected by weather conditions.

If Match-Fit Football determines conditions are unsafe:

• Sessions may be rescheduled

• Indoor alternatives may be used where available

• Credit or refunds may be offered where rescheduling is not possible

Safety decisions remain at Match-Fit Football’s discretion.

6. Coaching Packages / Block Bookings

6.1 Package Validity

Package sessions must be used within [insert timeframe, e.g. 3 months] from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused sessions after this period may expire.

6.2 Refunds on Packages

Coaching packages are generally:

• Non-refundable once started

• Non-transferable unless agreed by Match-Fit Football

If a refund is approved, any sessions already used will be deducted at the standard single-session rate.

7. Holiday Camps & Group Events

Participant Cancellation:

• More than 7 days notice – eligible for refund or credit (minus any admin fees if applicable)

• Less than 7 days notice – refund may not be available

Match-Fit Football Cancellation:

If a camp or event is cancelled by Match-Fit Football:

• A full refund, credit, or alternative booking will be offered
   

8. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise.

Refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be considered in cases such as:

• Injury

• Illness

• Family emergency

• Exceptional circumstances

Supporting information may be requested.

Any decision is at Match-Fit Football’s discretion.

9. Payment Errors / Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or paid twice, please contact us as soon as possible.

Verified payment errors will be refunded promptly.

10. Gift Vouchers / Promotional Offers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable

• Promotional offers cannot usually be exchanged for cash

• Expiry dates may apply where stated
   

11. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible

• Processing times may vary depending on payment provider

• Match-Fit Football is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors
   

12. Transfer of Bookings

Bookings may only be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Match-Fit Football.

This may not apply to all coaching services.
